Oil could reach $300 per barrel, says expert

I don't think anyone truly knows the reason why oil is going so high...

It seems to revolve around...

- Peak Oil Theory
- Speculators
- Political Events
- Natural Disasters
- The Financial Elite

I think it's the last one, since there's oil here in this country that hasn't even been tapped yet. The transition to alternative energies to power our cars is on it's way. It has to be, because they're making it happen.

The oil companies know this, and are working to line their pockets with tons of money before this happens. Alternative energies, like hydrogen fuel cells, electric cars, etc...are coming - but not before the oil companies turn our wallets black and blue first.
