Great video! Thanks for posting. Strange formation.. it reminds me of this dream I have.

I remember watching the video footage of those mass sightings over Mexico, and I thought "WOW"! However, the more I go over footage such as this one hailing from New York City, NY, the more I believe it to be balloons. With a city of over 8 Million it does not take a leap in imagination to picture even a relatively small group of people releasing that many balloons.

To prove my point, I even have evidence to back up my claim. The videographer claimed this footage to be filmed in November of 2007 over NYC.

Well it just so happens that during the Month of November, in 2007, there was a scheduled Mass Balloon Release by Community Options, Inc.

A National Nonprofit Goes Above and Beyond All Expectations

(PRLEAP.COM) WAYNE, N.J.-November 19, 2007, -Community Options Inc., a national nonprofit, in conjunction with its other regional offices around the country will be participating in the International Day of Disabled Persons on December 3, 2007 by holding a balloon release ceremony at all of its locations in New Jersey, New York....

however, there's still a couple of problems with this explanation, despite is very consistent (even because many times, "ufo fleets" turned out to be baloons fleets):

if i'm correct, the only date mentioned in the article is December 3, 2007, while the video has been made and uploaded on November 28 2007;

besides, in according to the article that can be found here, and dated Monday, December 3, 2007,
it seems that they released just a few balloons, but pheraps i'm misssing something:

At 1:00pm EST the Community Options, Inc. of Northern New Jersey held the Above and Beyond All Expectations Environmentally Friendly Balloon Release Ceremony. We released 7 gray balloons which represent state institutions that remain open in NJ. They are Greenbrook Developmental center, Hunterdon Developmental Center, New Lisbon Developmental Center, North Jersey Developmental Center, Vineland Developmental Center, Woodbridge Developmental Center and Woodbridge Developmental Center. These institutions have a total 2,971 individuals still residing there of which 90% are appropriate for community placement. We also released 60 green balloons for the number of individuals we currently serve in our region. It was a great ceremony, despite the cold and wind and what the ceremony signfied meant more than anything.

Well, i think that even balloons are a possible explanation, but about this specific one we would need to assest date, time, and number of ballons that have been released, IMHO ...

This "brigade" sure doesn't look like it's got its # together :S They are all displaced and everything... just like tied together balloons would be, if this is what this is...balloons... together... on a string.

They do the same thing here in England. Just haven't seen it on such a large scale before. Must have been a nice wedding or random event that needed attention

Object at :41 looks like a large bird to be honest.

Looks similar to a flock of migrating snow geese to me. Does anyone know what time of year they migrate? They could be heading south from Canada; check out this map of migration routes - the one in the North-East covers New York:

Of course baloons are a very possible explanation, and there is some good supporting evidence in this thread.

The object at the end of the video appears to be a bird IMO. You can pick out darker areas where the wings are if you study a few of the late frames.

Still a "UFO" in the technical sense!

Bald Eagle looking for stragelers I think. They look too much like birds to me. They get blown around by the wind currents. Why does this thread have so many flags?

Here we go again, these are the most frquently sighted 'UFO's, they have been visiting/watching us for certainly decades, maybe hundreds of years.
I think it's only a matter of time before they stop and make themselves known to us, I think that the increase in sightings in Mexico, USA. and England, is leading up to full contact.
After all, they are our nearest neighbours, coming only from the Moon.

I wouldnt say the white balls are brids.
the image you captured is deff a bird, but can be used to strengthen the UFO theory...

When you watch the video, you can see that bird towards the last few seconds... but watch closely, the bird is in front of the "UFOs"!
He is zooming out when you see the bird...

Also, the bird is moving, you can see it moving on the screen, while the white dots stay in formation throughout the ENTIRE video...

balloons? perhaps...
Birds? I dont think so, even though a bird was captured on tape...
If anything, the bird gives a good reference point...

just my 2 cents...

seriously, that video is garbage. its a video of a blue background with white dots on it. i cant tell if its fake, which im sure it is, or if he is pointing his cam to the sky. is there a longer version of this video, other than the 20 seconds available, which is so cliche with ufo videos.

I'm going with geese on this. The last part looks like a bunch of "V" formations, which is typically how they migrate.

People have spotted this fleet in Guantamala and all over mexico, this is the 2nd video i've seen the federation in North America. When i see them, i'm goin too talk too them, wanna know why i wanna talk too them?
