Okay, so a Type IV civilization LIVING IN OUR UNIVERSE, created the big bang WHICH CREATED OUR UNIVERSE. Does anyone else see the contradiction here?

...So what, the Type IV civilization had to create their own galaxy to CORRECT the screwup they made in creating our universe? What are they, EXTRA-DIMENSIONAL MORONS???
how does " not knowing everything about our own galaxy" preclude us from knowing any fact about any other galaxy?
