Russia threatens force over Kosovo

UNITED NATIONS -- The international split over Kosovo grew more ominous Friday as Russia raised the spectre of using force to back its Serb ally's bid to retain the territory.

Russia's envoy to NATO warned both the Western military alliance, which has a 16,000-strong peacekeeping force in Kosovo, and the European Union against formally backing the ethnic-Albanian leadership's declaration of independence from Serbia.

Well its growing bigger and bigger. I think we stand close to WWIII than ever. Just like in WWI. No side can turn back now-nor U.S.(NATO) nor Russia. Hope that it will never hapen but il keep my eyes on this.

relax, nobody would bother starting WW3 over a country as insignificant an Kosovo. It may sound harsh, but it is the reality of things.

KOSOVO's latest joke is obviously some late US stay-behindish operation, - just like Yougoslavia 90's war. If not a way to geostrategically mash Europe by sowing muslim states in its core - just like Yougoslavia 90's war. If not a manner to plot & organize Madrid and London like pseudo-terrorist/pseudo-islamist attacks on its soil (Italia has not been struck since 1980 Bologna Bombing by Gladio's services).... Just like Yougoslavia 90's war...
