What did they witness to? UFO's? AND? What does that mean? It does not give Billy Meier much credence other than he and 15 other people saw UFO's. It does nothing to indicate that Meier had anything to do with it other than just being in the area.

I realized just about a week ago whom Billy Meier reminds me of as far as his mannerisms and expression. That would be none other than the intrinsic sociopath (psychopath), Charles Manson.
As far as the Military expert what's his verifiable name and credentials? Without that you don't have a valid scientific argument.
But all of this is unsurprising politics. One of the several points that I did not know about and that truly shocked me was the case of Mt. Erebus on Ross Island in the Ross Sea in Antarctica. It is an active volcano that has three stunning properties:
Unlike ordinary volcanoes, which erupt from time to time, this one is active in a continuous eruption all the time;
it spews out more than 1,000 tonnes of chlorine per day¾ that's right, not per year (which would be about 370,000 tonnes), but per day, whence the antarctic jet stream carries it into the stratosphere;
it is located 15 km upwind from the observation station in the McMurdo Sound, where scientists measure the chlorine concen-tration of the antarctic atmosphere, the very chlorine that, the ozone flacks claim, provides the "link" to CFCs and the ozone hole.
Your first reaction to all this is probably the same as mine:
"I don't believe it." But the authors give good references...
A stable or downward trend in UV-B radiation reaching the earth is observed for all eight measuring stations.
It was shut down in 1985-6, that's what. Too expensive, went the official explanation by the government that is spending $7.5 billion on the Supercollider. More likely, the data brought in by the pro-gram were too embarrassing. Although the Greens rarely pay attention to facts, these data did disturb them, and they attributed the decrease to pollution in the cities, where the data were taken (Bis-marck N.D., Tallahassee, Fla., and Albuquerque, N.M. polluted?) J. Scotto, a widely respected researcher at the National Cancer In-stitute, refuted this in Science of 11/25/89, pointing to the Mauna Loa observatory in Hawaii which is hardly in a polluted area, yet registered no increase in UV-B from 1974 to 1985.
For many tens of years we have been studying all phases of your world. The ceaseless change goes on, and too there are very dangerous developments. For many years a dangerous change has been taking place in your stratosphere that has a deadly portent for all earthly life. An increasing decay in the ozone belt of the stratosphere is being caused by the continuous production of ozone destroying chemical substances that rise as gas into the stratosphere and damage the ozone belt. Especially destructive is the brom gas that rises into the ionosphere and slowly disintegrates it. Up to now the average loss is 6.38 percent.

Dear Lord I promise I'll be super good this year if you would please just make these Billy Meier threads disappear along with all their believers and debunkers. Please forgive them for they know not what they do. I know its hard look upon your human creations when they act so childishly, but they are good people inside...I think.
Amen.
P.S. Teri Uhouse and David Biedny need some ice water. Its pretty hot where they are right now. Oh, and please forgive Jeremy Vaeni's attempts at humor.

Yeah, you pretty much just proved my point for me. Thank you. You did it more eloquently than I could have.

Tongue firmly in cheek young man.
Just a nod to my greatly overstated abilities by the fingernail art inventing, film producing, elderly aerobics instructing, water filtration engineering, published songwriter, singer, music and video producer, humorist, science researcher, and writer...Mike Horn.
He's so funny. Life's all about the people that make you smile.

Well, I just heard back from Professor Hanley and this is what he had to say:
From: Donald Hanley
Date: February 22, 2008 9:02:02 AM PST
To: Derek Bartholomaus
Subject: RE: Forestry Quotation Question
I have no idea how you got my name nor do I wish to comment on these photos. Do not continue to use my name in this fashion.
Don Hanley
WSU Extension Forester
This answer is strange. It doesn´t make any sense as an answer.
Anyone would be interested, for example: How did my name get in that video? Where did you get it? How can i contact the maker of the video?
But..."i do not wish to comment on these photos,do not continue to use my name in this fashion"? what is that answer?

The general counsel of Oregon State University should have a field day with this.
I spoke with a "legal eagle" about this and he said this could get real ugly real fast for MH and company. Especially since they are selling the DVDs.
Derek keep up the excellent work. There's nothing like the truth is there?

No doubt some many love to get a lawyer involved...and no doubt the Meier case has been beaten to death to all the real truth seekers. Give'um a good kick in the ribs.
Now lets let loose the lawyers on the silly hoxes in this site too....but that might be bad for their business...so whos really dirty, and making a living off this site every day??

I agree. This case has already been beaten to death. It almost seems like the Meier detractors are keeping it alive by continuing to give it attention when there alot more other places to focus the UFO issue on. Just my two cents, but its a free country so have at it. I always get hungry when they start talking about the wedding cake ship.
