Hi Gang, getting a general Win IE parsing xml error

Hello All,
Getting a Win IE popup error warning (yellow exclamation) that line b problem parsing xml: "null" is nll or not an object.
Does anyone knows what that means or fix?.
Running ad/spy erasers now. Found a probram had installed itself for a online book reader. Deleted everything I couldn't identify.
At same time my ms combat air war and mech warrior won't work now.

This might be a good start:

Make sure windows and your anti-virus has all the latest updates.
Boot to safe mode to scan for malware/virus.

Look for an xml related entry (in yellow or red) in the event viewer.


Once you find a related entry, pay particular attention to the event source, and event ID of the error.

Search here for information on the error. Be sure to read the comments. Google for more info.

If worse comes to worse I might reinstall IE.

After that, reinstall the broken programs.

Thanks much makeitso, I'll give it a try

And after 3 days and no interdiction it just went bye bye, all by itself. I like those kind of problems the best.
