In one experiment, communication of the words from one to ten using ´speech modulated´ microwave energy was successfully demonstrated. Microphones next to the person experiencing the voice could not pick up these sounds. Putting voices in people´s heads could cause what the report calls "psychologically devastating" effects.

Interesting stuff. Funny how they say that there is no evidence to suggest test had been carried out after this document was unearthed, but i;m sure they probably have; not so long ago i read an article in the newspaper about the CIA supposedly 'waterborded' terrorists, which is a method of torture that involves pulling a cloth over someones nose and mouth and pouring water into it, giving the impression of drowning!

There a nasty bunch aren't they!

It is an interesting report. I wonder if the tactics have been used. Not to menchen the ability to put a voice in some ones head.
Will definitely be something else for people to complain about now.

Yeah, I couldn't find the thread about the usage for commercials posted a few months ago.
It's not a good idea.
I've known some schizophrenics before, maybe they were being commercialized. ???
