Bohemian Grove and the Wicker Man

I recently stumbled upon the Bohemian Grove Subject and after digging and looking at pictures i relized it was almost the story of the wickerman.
Does anyone know if The Wicker Man was supposed to Tell the story of Bohemian Grove or if it was just chance that it is so closely related...

I never actually linked the two together. That is a very odd resemblance. Maybe the wicker man came from a story about the Cremation of Care ritual long ago and just took its own form....... The movie wasn't as bad as I thought it would be by the way
