I think if* it's going to happen it will begin around the end of Jan. beginning of Feb.

* Trying to be fair even though it looks inevitable.

haven't we seen enough of these articles that claim when the war will take place? How many times has a false date been given?

It's all PR stuff to keep Saddam wondering. I wouldn't count on war happening at any time that the government actually mentions.

Seems kinda silly wondering what day the war will start.

We won't no for sure until it happens.I doubt Bush is going to announce to the world what day it is going to happen.

like an office pool, we should start an ATS pool and all pick a date as to when the war will start. What do you guys think? We'll start a new thread and all post are what date we think the war will start and see who comes closest???

Yes, we went through this with regard to 16/12: either deliberate confusion of the "enemy" or a smokescreen because no one knows what's going on.
Later, rather than sooner, for me so that GWB can maximise what he may perceive to be the electoral benefits.
