oh please help me......again

Ok, this might seem like a silly question, BUT Im trying to register my little girls webkinz that she got for Christmas. I go to their website and click on register new user. The little screen that pops up is not showing everything. It is like it is shrunk down so I cant see the full pic. I cant make the window larger, and because it is not showing everything, I cant enter her code. How do I make that window bigger?

Press the F11 key.

I was able to get thru it like that.
