Well, let me tell you, I live in Louisiana and what you are suggesting pretty much describes what went on in some of the areas here during the
aftermath of Katrina. I was not in the New Orleans area at the time, but still in an area that had a lot of destruction from wind.
You could not go any place, the grocery, the bank, a gas station, without there being armed military people every where for months!
They did not come knocking on our doors for weapons where I am, but they did to people in New Orleans. People who did not want to leave their homes
because of pets were forced to, and just shoved on a bus, not even knowing what the destination would be. They were farmed all over the country
without ever knowing where they were going before getting there in some cases.
I can picture what you suggest happening, and for people that don't think it won't, and have forgotten about Katrina victims......you'll see if a
disaster hits your area!
