Unknown Caller

Has anyone been getting calls from this phone number (901) 874 - 9065? It's been calling me for the past week at about ten till two pm. I called it back and got an answering machine for " The office of Stephanie Harrison". So I left her a message telling her who I was and why I was calling, and she never returned my call. I searched for the number on Google and found a website with other people saying they had been getting calls from this number, and with the same answering machine message. Who do you guys think Stephanie Harrison it? Why do you think she is calling me and many others?

This is just a guess, but could it have something to do with the campaigning going on in the United States right now ?
(901) is the area code for western Tennessee, it could be an automated calling machine dialing numbers to give some sort of political message.

Calling back was probably the worst think you could do. Calling the number back probably engaged a tracking ability or something. I got a call from a 9564 number once. Only four numbers! No area code, or nothing! Just the four numbers. I don't remember the number exactly, but it was something like that. Scared thehell out of me! It really only had four numbers. If I was smart, I would have thrown the phone out the window and left it on the highway!

I mean if you just came on here sayin' you were gettin' random calls from some random number you never knew and it was consistant i would just think you have a stalker or something

but the fact that you checked it out on google and found similar cases is very ...Odd?

Strange stuff man...Really don't have any idea what it could be.

be careful who you call back, the latest scam involves calling someone quickly so that they get a missed call with a number.

you call back the number and dont realise your getting slugged one of them ~$4.50 p/min phone services. it doesnt matter what you hear when you ring, it can be an answer service... just as long as they answer they got your cash... KA-CHING! gotcha
