I'm not talking about people of different beliefs, I mean people who have committed the most horrific crimes!

Who decides what is a "Horrific Crime"...???

Who gets to make the decision as to what is worthy of your execution?

What single person, or group of people make that determination?

In Muslim Society they cut hands off for theft and stone Women for having sex... We have, thank the Lord, progressed in civilization past that point.

So who gets the power of life and death in determining what crimes get what form of killing?

I would say the issue is that the robbers, rapists, etc.. are cultivated in the society and we should be looking more deeply at the subject of who is cultivation the degeneration and degradation? They we should be pursuing them first. Taking out the traditional "bad guys" is still superficial and short sighted. The real bad guys represent less than 1% of the population but they manage the other 99% by getting the 51% to believe in they're actors at election time.
