Nice pic. SLOOH images are built by exposing the camera through a succession of color filters; green, red, and blue. If you look at the "Scope Info" on the mission interface during the exposure you can see as the various filters are used. The full-color image is created by combining the filtered images.
So, if a satellite or meteor streaks across the field of view during exposure, it will be the color of whatever filter is being used at the time. If the object is moving slowly enough you will see a dashed line of white, green, red, and blue. Fast objects, like meteors, are usually caught by only one color filter.
The regularity of the "flashes" in your pic leads me to believe this is a satellite caught by the green filter.
