I don't know if this footage was posted here yet so I thought I would throw it out there. If it is already here, please let me know.

Never played the telephone game have you? Take a group of people, whisper something into the first person's ear and then have them pass it down the line....and the last person almost always says something back to you thats different from what you said in the first place?

FDNY firefighter "WTC 7 is going to fall, thats why we arent going in"

Reporter to newsroom "FDNY says WTC 7 will fall"

Newsroom to producer "Hey WTC is about to fall"

Producer to reporter "WTC7 fell"

Reporter on air, "This just in, WTC7 collapsed from damage suffered....."

I mean how many different times did it happen on 9/11? The "truck bomb" at the State Department...which was only a suspicious (i.e. unattended package), Air Force One was a target....which was some ass called in and said AF-1 is next...and some well meaning Secret Service agent reported up the line that "Angel" (AF-1's codename) was a target.

It is truly amazing how many people on this board believe that in a chaotic situation that every statement made is the Gospel.

So even though you have video proof in front of you you still insist it is not suspect?

Trying to rationalize something that doesn't need rationalising is well either naive or delibertely misleading.

Good work again on your part Pale Horse

No, I simply point out that there were literally dozens of people that day talking about how they were sure that WTC 7 was going to collapse and that after the Towers claimed so many Police/Fire department personnel they were not going to risk entering the building. In addition, knowing the media and its desire to be first reporting something/the natural chaos in communications during an event such as this...its EASY to see how they could screw up and say something that wasnt true....yet.......

Who said that? Look, I usually stay away from 9/11 threads because I lost of very close friend from college that worked at Cantor Fitz. That is why I said I didn't know if this was already here. Where did you get the notion of your quote?

palehorse23, did you know anyone else who worked at Cantor Fitzgerald? The reason I ask is that I heard a rumour in the period following 9/11 that they and possibly other companies were going to look into taking steps to apprehend whoever was responsible for the attacks, bin Laden being the name bandied about most at the time. Did you ever hear any scuttlebutt about this?

My condolences on your loss. I was fortunate that my friends were among the wounded that day.

As for my comment, if you spend any length of time on here, you will see just how many will accept every statement/misstatement as the truth...especially from that day.

no I did not. My friend and I went to college together and he moved down to NYC six months before the attack. I had been to see him once but really didn't meet any of his coworkers. About five of us went to visit him and we just hung out together. I have not really tried to get wrapped up into the different conspiracy theories around the event as I know Shannon would want the people he knew and loved to move on and remember him for the good times and not try to play detective on something we will probably never get to know the full story behind the whole thing. So sorry i can't help you.

Thanks for clarifying Swamp. Your statement holds true for a lot of other issues as well. I just hope that we were just attacked and that's it. If there is a plot by the government to do something like this, I wish that they get their dues when the time comes.

You didn't answer the question. I asked you if you thought it suspect that the UK reporter is saying building 7 has fallen, when it is quite clearly behind her standing. Look at the anchorman, also looking a tad out of sorts, and again, look at how they lose satellite feed just when the question he is asking her about WTC 7.

It is as clear as day to me. She says it has fallen, it has not. He starts to ask her a question about it, the satellite drops out. If it walks like a duck...

Suspect? Nope, just another goofy reporter. Cant beat this one to death enough I guess.....Expecting 100% accuracy from the media on a day like that just isnt logical.

Watch ~

The media was well aware of the condition of WTC7. It was suspected for hours that it would collapse. This is why a "COLLAPSE ZONE" was created hours before the collapse.

So, tell me what makes more sence. The NWO, Jews, Silverstein,....sent their story premature to the media....

OR the Media was premature and made a mistake.

I believe it was ABC PEter Jennins that stated during the WTC7 collapse:

"What we have feared all afternoon has happened"

It seems that same 'whisper' got elsewhere also, to the previous continent

Well that's sorta good hunch because these buildings don't tend to collapse on fire, or have you ever watched The Towering Inferno?

Old news .... tell us what happened please? Explain WHY some of the media got it wrong. Then tell us how some of them got it right.

[sarcasm] because we all know there was not ANY confusion on 911[/sarcasm]

I still have to wonder how anyone can report something happening which has not yet happened. The evidence is running behind the FOX anchors doing the reporting. From whom were the anchors getting their reports? People claiming to be physics? Or were they perhaps channeling in from deceased Jean Dixon?

And yet again, we point out that the media ALWAYS screws something up when reporting major stories in the middle of those stories occuring. The rush to be first with news ALWAYS trumps fact checking on days like that.

I think they knew it gonna collapse, because it was pulled. Might be insurance fraud combined with the need to destroy the possible evidence that could be found in the building? But please kapitain, remember that this is merely an opinion and might change as the evidence emerges. It could be anything else.. But isn't it strange that they would expect it to collapse, yet no such buildings have collapsed due the fires before? It might be that, that media had hint that it gonna collapse, but who knoes where they got that hint from?

So which suicidal fools do you think ran into a burning, heavily damaged buiding with EXPLOSIVES to wire it?

I always like to live to collect my paychecks........

Gee, they had already watched two burning, heavily damaged buildings collapse, killing hundreds of their coworkers....so it isnt strange at all for the FDNY, NYPD and PAPD to look at a third heavily damaged, burning building and believe it might collapse as well.......

All they had to do was turn around and look behind them to see it was not happening. I never saw them do that. The two simply talked to one another, without checking to see if they were accurate or not. Didn't someone on the other side of the camera see fit to motion to them they were dead wrong in their reporting? My question to FOX exec would be, "If not, why not?"

...They had watched two buildings that had been hit by planes to collapse. And of course Larry had insurance that covered terrorist attacks, and of course he said it in on tv that they pulled it.. but of course, there must be perfectly logical explanation for that how this can't be
