Actually, it shows they not only didn't count on stuff ups, but there own ignorance in dealing with real time scenarios.

I notice you are 100% behind your comander and chief, and if I recall you are serving in the Army? If so, how do your fellow soldiers view 911? Also if there was definite proof 911 was done by the Bush Administration, what would your duty as a soldier of the US Army be?

You make a compelling case, all I can say is I remember the day pretty well-I had an optitions appointment that day and missed it watching the rolling coverage on the bbc. I have to say I don't remember seeing any anomalies such as buildings still standing after it was reported they had fallen but it may be the whole rose tinted glasses effect.
