KIRKWOOD, Mo. (Feb. 8) - Ten days after losing a federal lawsuit against this St. Louis suburb he insisted harassed him, a gunman stormed a council meeting and opened fire, killing two police officers and three city officials.

They man apparently was thrown out of the meetings previously for disrupting behavior. I read through the whole story and found it odd that they never seemed to mention what the man was angry about.

And just to add some conspiracy twist to it, he was claimed to be yelling "shoot the mayer!". That's a bizzare thing to state when you happen to be the one shooting. Maybe he was under mind control? That or just mentally ill.
