They believed there was no malicious intent, just sheer stupidity? I may not be the brightest crayon in the box, but the intent was VERY obvious to me.

Our country has gone completely insane. Is this not proof of it? How do the people who make these kind of decisions get into these positions of power? It boggles the mind.
