If you're talking about the thread where he admitted to making it all up, I never got to see it because it was deleted. I recieved a U2U from another member telling me about it and saw others mentioning it.

I wouldn't be surprised if noone_817 is the same person that was using the 007 ID's lately. All the ID's I think are actually one person all have numbers in them and the number 7 has been in most of them. They also mention how they can't tell us who they are for "security reasons". All these threads lately with people saying they have all this information and they all say that same thing about security and they all share similar posting styles.

1.) The person tries to come off as being very intelligent.

2.) Numbers are in most of the ID's and always have the number 7 in them.

3.) Always posts in the afternoon through late night, but rarely in the morning. Someone who stays up a lot or goes to school.

4.) Gives out a lot of information in the first post, but doesn't usually say much after that. When they do say something after that first post it's usually just to attack someone calling them out as a hoaxer.

5.) Ignores most questions asked and the questions they will answer are the simple questions.

6.) Tries to say that since soo many think they're a hoax, then that means what they're saying has to be true. It's too good to be true because it actually is true kind of thing.

7.) Spells the word "won't" like "wont" a lot.

8.) Likes to use the Caps Lock key to get they're point across.

9.) They tell the story as if it's something brand new that we've never heard about before. That they're one of only a few people who know about it.

10.) All the stories are a mixture of stuff that's already been on ATS. They just try to put their own spin on it and change it around to sound like something new.

I wanna know what happened here. Did the guy send in his proof? If so , how come he isnt banned? I find that very odd...

He and zx are obviously different people. He got banned, no one didnt. Somethins fishy......

Hate to bring this outta the woodworks, but after lurking forever, and since I havent been online in a while, i wanted to ask.

I read through what I had missed, that the OP sent a u2u concerning his in ability to post...and of course, sending certain information to SO...

Is that a punishment around here? Being able to log on yet not post? Does anyone know?

Having been with this thread, and the other Z guy, and the other Agent007 thread, I think they are all one in the same frankly...

But it would be nice to have a wrap up from ATS...the OP, or both.

How will we know if we cant hear from him. Who knows if he would even come back to defend himself anyways. If I was who he says and I was prevented from posting even after giving my proof. id question everything about this site and chalk it up as not being worth it.

But as to them being one in the same, i doubt it. the posting habits are different. No one went on to zx's thread and was able to ask very pertinant questions to debunk. theres some fas out theories that claim to show they are all the same, but it just doesnt work. Heck, cant the 3 amigos just run the ip addy's and check? if they ever posted from one of the same ip's then we have our answer. if not. then i consider no one not to be debunked.

You do realize it's pretty easy to come off as two different people right? Especially on the internet. If I could create another account here without getting banned or warned, I'd do it in a heart beat to show you how easily you can fool people.

Back in 2002 I had a friend on the internet who thought her boyfriend was cheating on her and using Yahoo chatrooms to meet the women he was cheating on her with. I created a Yahoo profile and used a photo of my sister on it and talked to my friends boyfriend and had him convinced I was a woman for a week. After a week I got him to agree to meet "her" somewhere and that's when his real girlfriend (my good friend) showed up to bust him.

Now if you want to try coming off as two different people on the same forum you can do it different ways. You could create one account from your home and create another account from a library or a friend or family members computer so you'd have a different IP address for each ID. Also keeping in mind not to make them around the same time. Make one from home, then make another from a library like a week or a month later.

You'd also have to think about how different each ID should act. Look at ZX for example. In the beginning, ZX had very bad spelling errors that many people pointed out. ZX also came off as your average person. Then noone_817 comes into that thread and is the complete opposite. Came off as pretty intelligent and didn't make many spelling errors. Before ZX stopped posting, their spelling became much better out of nowhere and their style of posting looked more like noone_817's. I'm not the first or only person who noticed that. Go back and look at ZX's posts to see how much of a change there was in their style of posting before they stopped.

All you have to do is create a character and post differently than usual. Purposely add spelling errors and say thing's like "Sorry for my spelling. English isn't my native language".

I really do wish I could create a second account just to show some of you how easily you can be fooled. I live in Northern Kentucky. I'm a 20 minute walk from Cincinnati, Ohio. I could easily go over there and use a computer at the public library or an internet cafe to create another account. Right there I'd already have two ID's originating from different states, each having a different IP address. If traces were run to see if it's the same person they'd get IP addresses coming from different states. Most Admins would see that and probably think it's two different people. I don't have the free time to do this and I love ATS and don't want to get banned from here just to prove a point.

I don't understand why some of you people think it's impossible for one person to be two or more people on the same forum. It would be really easy for someone to do this if they have enough free time and just took a few minutes to think it out first.

All really good points. But heres the kicker. No one has to be from the southern Nevada area. If zx's ip addy is nowhere near that, then we have our proof. if they both have it in southern nevada, then we have more proof that they are one in the same. I just think it requires further investigation. Esp if this no one really did provide proof and was still silenced. Seeing as we were told we had the last say o nif this guy stays, they certainly did an about face, and I think we deserve to at least know why...

Such a pity this thread is gonna go to waste with not even a simple answer from the big guys. Does no one else find it odd at the lack of response after such a commotion?

Gonna give this one more shot in the arm of life. Hopefully someone knows what happened.

No-one i can assure you that if this is genuine then the forces that be, have their eyes on you, and are aware of this thread.

On the new terrorist attack, this to me is believible. reminds me of the first series of Heroes a bit though, so the thoughts of you being an easily influenced teenager do linger in my mind.

1 it is very easy to change your i.p adress so that it is recorded differently on websites. download Firefox(it is free and quick to install, also offers overall better security than IE). Then find a "free proxy list"

i think u are mistaken here. zx admitted he was a hoax and was thus banned. no one never did. always claimed he was legit until he was prevented from posting.l last we heard he sent in the proof but nothing as come of it. looks like it will remain a mystery that the powers that be wont answer.

Maybe the guy was drunk when he originally posted and then sobered up, said "Oh crap" and changed his story to keep from getting killed. That would account for the spelling errors.

Hopefully, there will be some sort of resolution. And hopefully it will be more than, we decided to ban him, case closed.

I was under the impression that he made a big error in ATS Chat that gave him away as a hoax, so he got banned until he could prove himself and he never did.

I heard that too, but then I heard he supplied the proof, and then nothing.......We should at least all be able to see this ''proof''
