i saw a few threads here that showed a few certain locations of "before the flood"maps but has anyone come across a premelt map of earth showing the sea coasts and lands that were lost due to the melting of the last ice age?

Check out/Google the Piri Reis map. Piri collected ancient maps and put them all together in one map in 1513. It's a fascinating story. Graham Hancock is one author who has written about it. "Fingerprints of the Gods" is a book by him and in the beginning it talks about this map.

I don't know about the modern aspect of it, but I do know that Peri Reis map is very accurate; that's what makes it so fascinating, is that nobody can even make a guess as to how it was so accurate, being done in very ancient times, supposedly before humans started exploring and crossing oceans.
Check it out, I think it will provide some info for what you're looking for.
