Question About Blind People

Do blind people have a better chance of using their third eye than people with vision? Is it like the fact that people who lose their vision, their hearing become twice as good?

Well the science community denies any special or enhanced ability amongst blind people. But blind people claim otherwise. So who you gonna believe?
