Flight information and radar

Good Day,

I am looking for a website or application that would be able to tell me what flights were above a certain airspace at a certain time.

I currently live in atlantic canada, and i would like to know what flights are going over the airspace above where i live for research purposes.

I am also looking for a good weather radar service that I can use as well.

Any Recommendations?
