Where can I acquire the actual words of Lieutenant Haut\

www.news.com.au

Lieutenant Walter Haut was the public relations officer at the base in 1947 and was the man who issued the original and subsequent press releases after the crash on the orders of the base commander, Colonel William Blanchard.

Haut died last year but left a sworn affidavit to be opened only after his death.

Last week, the text was released and asserts that the weather balloon claim was a cover story and that the real object had been recovered by the military and stored in a hangar.

He described seeing not just the craft, but alien bodies.

I've been researching a lot about the Roswell (and related) incidents. A frequent topic that comes up on various sites is Lieutenant Walter Haut's deathbed confession about his firsthand experience. I find it very interesting, however, I can't seem to find the actual, verbatim words of the document, only reports or threads about it. I want to see exactly what he said but I can't find it anywhere. Maybe it's right under my nose and I'm just overlooking it, but any links or anything would be appreciated...

It's in the revised edition of "Witness to Roswell". The statement is pretty extensive. They also have a photocopy of it in the appendix.

As George Noory said, "case closed!" This guy's confession is the "eye witness" version of the "smoking gun", though a physical evidence smoking gun remains elusive.

I can't believe this topic and this confession hasn't gotten more coverage.

Haut made 2 affidavits. The first in the 1990s and the 2nd was signed in 2004.

He did not write the 2nd affidavit he just signed it, its unlikely he even knew what he was signing. The 2 versions of events in each affidavit are vastly diffirent.

Just another peice of crap to keep the roswell myth alive.
