That was fun!

Reminds me of a book cover painting by Robert Williams.

I know I've got it in my collection of underground comics, as soon as I find it to get the title, I'll see if I can google up an image and post it.

nice design.

that is what the NWO guys imagine for the few chosen to live in future
,after they ´reduced´ the population to 500 millions.

Shades of Alternative 3, what? It's said that these guys have a functioning base on the Moon and probably on Mars too!! Far fetched, but they could be working on it. Yes! For the chosen few!! Darn! I doubt I'm in the manifest!!

Fine archive of images from Mars Global Surveyor, thanks for the link. The object slightly to left from middle in this image casts a long shadow, it seems to be a tall structure with well defined edges. However smaller structures similar to this one are found all over in the other images on the same archive page, so i can not deduce anything at all. Hmm, i think i've seen something similar in deserts on earth (formed by erosion by water, wind, sand) ? I am answering my own question here, actually it would be great if some of the pros could take a look.

That is an amazing catch! I love the links to government sites, and even tho my wife is not interested as I am, she endures me pulling her over to some of these. You have her in awe on this one. She cant imagine wind and water erosion creating these. I am very interested in this and hope to read some good suggestions. I for one think it is artificial and would love to see it turned out to be so.

This is 2008. Don't we have better algorithms?
Lets zoom in closer. Better yet, lets put a rover on Phobos.
Put a sign on the rover that says "Take me to your leader."

To put a bit more on the plate regarding Phoboes, others in the not to distant past stated that the Maritian moon has disappeared from orbit around Mars. Some have even said that its new orbit is Earth. If this were true, then that would state that it is a station or craft of some sort.

Others have noted that it indeed is a base. If you think about it, if a advacned race wants to watch others, would they park their craft out in the open for all to see, if they do not want to be seen. Some might say that Mars is to far away, but to an advanced race is it?

Another important point to make about Phoboes is that we have been told that it is the only body in our solar system that rotates on its axis in the opposite direction of all other moons and planets. Why? Interesting note, take our own moon, it does not even revolve on its axis at all! Is that not strange? No other moon or planet in the solar system does that either.

Some say that our own moon is hollow and yes I am another that believes in the hollow earth theory. I have seen NASA photo's that show depressions at the true poles, not the coordinates that we are all fed. So, it has been said, that when our boys went to the moon and released the lem to crash down back on the moon's surface, that NASA has recordings of our moon ringing like a bell for a duration of time. If that is true, what is up about that, unless the moon is indeed hollow.

There has been some that say our own moon was brought here and indeed was liken to a death star back in the day when supposed ET's fought each other over the rule of this planet. That it is still a base of operations for some ET groups as well as even our nation and even some other nations that are working in cooperation with ET's. Is that so far fetched an idea?

I noted in one of the 2006 posts by the way that the question was asked, then why are there so many different versions of us humans scattered about that anthropologists have dug up and dated. Thinking again outside the box, could homo sapien sapien just be another experiment or version on mankind as we know it. There sure seems to be a big gap between us and the last so called ape man. It has been said, that within our own DNA is the DNA of 22 different ET races. And no it is not what we would know as the greys, but most are said to be human races, but they are extraterrestrial to this planet at the time the came visiting.

Are we as a race really that unique? And for those who are GOD fearing, are we to believe that our planet is really the only place that GOD would create life and it be so abundant as well. To we really place that much of a limit on GOD to think that this is it?

Sorry about getting off topic everyone. Phoboes is indeed a phenom in our solar system. But all that has been discussed is good and everyone is entitled to their opinons and belief. But could it be agreed that we are not told all that is truth and real. That while it is understood that science as we know it to be (in the box) can also have those that work outside the box too. That they might know more than they are allowed to say and that for a very long time we have been kept in the dark about a lot of things about our solar system, our world, ourselves.

I just wanted to weigh in some other thoughts of which I have many. One thing is for certain, Phoboes is a very odd moon. If it is natural it sure does not take on the appearance of any other moon. So is it normal and the other moons not or visa versa? Also, thanks for the great pictures of the obvious craft and monolith like structure. I have seen pictures of such objects on other planets. Of course, everything can be manipulated and that is too bad, cause it serves to muddie up the truth about things.

For me, all I have to say is keep thinking outside the box!

Yeah we have stuff like ENVI. But heck! That costs almost the earth! $6000. For a tyro sitting at home using the computer as a hobby, that's a little stiff on the pocket!

Wanna buy it for checking out anomalies on Phobos? You go ahead! I'll wait a little more until I become a gazillionaire!!

Cheers!

Hi jonar! You have raised some very valid issues. However, all these points have already been covered in great detail in many threads on ATS. Guess you check these out using the search function.

Cheers!

If the picture of phobos is anything to go by, it's just a rock and that's all it is, until someone comes up with solid evidence to say otherwise.

Cool, Mike. I've been interested in Phobos for a long time, ever since I came across those photos (the cylindrical object and the shadow on Mars) in some book FOREVER ago. I was probably between 10-13 when I first read about it. It doesn't seem a stretch to me at all that Phobos, and even our own moon are probably not natural.

"I imagine a Space capable species might find us crude and reckless, poluting and aggressively primitive, and we could be seen as dangerous to come into contact with, much like a disease."

My husband and I have talked about this idea quite a bit. We know that if it were us coming into contact with humanity for the first time we'd certainly want to quarantine the whole planet, and not let anyone in or out until the humans had either learned to be civilized members of a potentially galactic community, or killed themselves off. Excellent post you made.

Hey, party pooper! Around these parts if a "rock" looks even slightly like a bulldozer, (or even just "out of the ordinary") then by God it's a bulldozer or some other proof of alien activity! Don't you know it's up to the rabid skeptibunkers to prove that it isn't?

I don't know what to make of Phobos but I did download the pictures of Eros from page 2 of this thread and I know its not much but when I viwed them and edited them with my Nero I used Brighten and contrast and I could "see" the crater that the object sits in much better. It definitely seems to throw a shadow and if NASA says it is a 148' across rectangular rock, just how high would the edges of the rock have to be to cast the shadow? I only a novice as far as examining the pictures I see on this site but that object looks artificial to me ( not a rock). Thanks Mike Singh. Do you have a thread on those pictures of Eros?
