MSNBC has Kucinich banned from debate.

First MSNBC is sued by Dennis Kucinich and they loose. Clark County District Court Judge Charles Thompson had stated that they must include him. MSNBC, obviously unhappy with the results appealed to the State of Nevada Supreme Court and just had that overturned. Dennis Kucinich who has a lot of positions that differ from those of the others regarding health care and the war would obviously have a lot to ad to the debate.

Once again big media, insurance companies (Kucinich is the only candidate who supports a uniform health plan; the others as best I can tell want insurance companies to be the middle men between the consumers and the providers with both Clinton and Obama supporting plans for mandatory insurance coverage...and isn't the insurance people part of the problem in the first place?), and the defense contractors win big...and a giant loss for the people who loose out on what might otherwise have been a much more robust and stimulating debate.

I can't believe nobody is responding to this. This is huge, and significant. Are we as Americans just going to roll over and let big media like MSNBC (NBC owned by GE big defense) make decisions like this? A debate is for debating issues, by excluding Kucinich from the Democratic debate, you effectively just rooted out all "alternative" arguments....there's freedom of the press for ya, and nobody cares!

Big corporate ownership of the media has already decided and are defining what the issues are. Not allowing Kucinich or Paul to debate is filtering out issues that do not match with their own profit seeking motives. If you look at the law, we the people own the frequencies / air waves. Big media is supposed to be acting within the interest of the public, they are obviously acting in their own interests and thus should not have their broadcasting lisences renewed.

This is one of the large conspiracies going on in the united states right now, and has been going on for quite some time now. Here we see just one more example of that conspiracy being carried out in Nevada tonight by MSNBC. Now how do you suppose Chris Mathews is going to spin it up? Sickening.
