Florida's Immigrant Inmates May Be Deported

The go-home offer would extend only to the estimated 2,500 immigrants -- whether here legally or illegally -- who are not violent, are not U.S. citizens and who agree to return to and remain in their country of origin.

''It costs something like $20,000 a year to house an inmate, feed him and watch over him, or we can get rid of these guys for like a $600 plane ticket,'' Bennett said. ``Why would anyone oppose that?''

Lawmakers who are finally making some sense!!

If they are here illegally OF COURSE they should be deported! Here they are in a country they are in illegally, and now that countries citizens have to pay an estimated $20,000 a year to keep this person in our prisons when they weren't even suppose to be here in the first place!

This will save Florida tax payers $50,000,000 a year!
(And that's JUST for the estimated 2,500 people to be deported)

only problem is they bust a drug dealer send him back to mexico guess what here he comes with more drugs. guy kills someone gets pulled over for driving without a liscnece gets sent home befor they find out he murder somebody
