Could be anyone disgruntled with capitalism, or it could be a lone nutter or even a scare tactic.

Quick question for ya.

What's the M&S?

It could give the thread a little meat. Something to chew on, so to speak.

Wouldn't that mean they have more than one store?

Can you tell us where and what happened?

I thought petrol bombs or 'molotovs' are thrown? Not planted?

That’ll be an incendiary devise then.

Then if you were going to plant them with a timer/detonator, wouldn't you use an explosive and not a petrol bomb?

Just a thought.

Either way, there's nothing on the Beeb, probably because it wasn't a muslim, therefore not an act of terrorism, more a case of either radicalism or 'lone nutterism'

*sarcasm alarm*

Of course, this wasn't ordinary petrol the bomber used ...

This was the finest and lovingly oak-smoked 112 million year old Venezualan petrol, tastefully drizzled in exquisite Belgian chocolate and gracefully adorned with eco-friendly organic dynamite sustainably sourced from the Borneo rain forest ....

I can't find this on any news site at all.

Very curious of Panmure Gordon & Co to issue this statement only minutes ago if there was indeed a bomb incident. I can't find anything in the news about this

LONDON (SHARECAST) - Panmure Gordon expects Marks and Spencer’s defensive qualities to prevail in a difficult 2008 and has upgraded the stock to ‘buy’ from ‘hold’.

It would have to be a wealthy organization if there using Gasoline to cause havoc

Might it have been something on a 'small' scale, whereas it would be hardly worth mentioning? Not a real threat, just an act of idiocy?

Odd there wouldn't be 'any' reports anywhere, media or police.
