Tesla & HARRP

It has just occurred to me that possibly the HARRP may also be one of these:
A grounded tuned coil in resonance with distant transmitter; maybe the Sun (if you follow Electric Sun theory), the Earth (magnetic coil), or some other distant transmitter.

The facility itself does not look like it is large enough to be a transmitter.

The idea came to me after reading this patent of Tesla's, and that HARRP is soposedly located near the northern lights (Alaska) which has been recently shown to be electrically related.

I dont think HAARP is the exact device you mention. However, HAARP is Tesla technology and is based on his patents. Once again I recomend reading Angels dont play this HAARP. If nothing else its interesting. The HAARP facility is located in Alaska as well as several other similar antennae array. If you can snap a google earth photo you win the prize because I cant seem to find the site that the navy website displays. The connection to Tesla is right on though. Keep digging. Keep me up to date if you find anymore stuff,HAARP is in my top 5 favorite conspiracies.

Hey SoLaR513, what is the prize? Because I found it @ 62° 23.5 N, 145° 8.8 W on Google Earth, kinda a strange drop off on resolution though. You can only really see half of it clearly!
