This probably has been posted many times before but i was looking at bin ladens most wanted page on the fbi site and there is no mention of 9-11 anywhere on the page.

What it says is : "Usama Bin Laden is wanted in connection with the August 7, 1998, bombings of the United States Embassies in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, and Nairobi, Kenya. These attacks killed over 200 people. In addition, Bin Laden is a suspect in other terrorist attacks throughout the world."

because they cannot prove that he was involved.....that is why that is not on there.

This is on the page showing the whole list.
"The alleged terrorists on this list have been indicted by sitting Federal Grand Juries in various jurisdictions in the United States for the crimes reflected on their wanted posters. Evidence was gathered and presented to the Grand Juries, which led to their being charged. The indictments currently listed on the posters allow them to be arrested and brought to justice. Future indictments may be handed down as various investigations proceed in connection to other terrorist incidents, for example, the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001."

Sounds as though 9/11 is not ruled out just not indicted...yet.

Had the events on September, 11 2001. Happened BEFORE the embassy bombings in 1998, then you would be seeing OBL being wanted for 9/11..like you want to see.

I always compare this to the Ted Bundy case when this FBI most wanted list stuff comes up.

Ted Bundy was on the 10 most wanted list for "Escape" even though they had forensic proof that he had committed the murders at the University of Florida. One could have asked then-- "Why isn't Bundy wanted for murder on the FBI list?" It is because the Escape happened BEFORE the murders...and he was already on the list.

When captured, Ted Bundy was charged with ALL THE CRIMES... as would be expected. Bin Laden would face the same "ALL CRIMES" scenario.

Hope that helps.

Why is it then that our military continues to corner him but the beaurocrats let him slip their fingers. Everytime. This is a pattern throughout the Clinton Administration and after 9/11.

As I've stated before, Clinton wanted Usama dead. He did everything he could but he was not able to get approval to strike. He was actually criticized by his oppenents for caring to much about the capture of bin Laden.

100+ cruise missles was "non-approval?" If you think it is so easy...perhaps you could find him and cash in on that 20 Million... It would be a harmless journey after all..since the USA is the real "scary monster" and those "cavemen" probablly wouldn't even see ya comin'.

A Question for you...why, if our all seeing Government is as omnipotent as you believe, are there others on that very "most wanted list" still evading arrest HERE in the USA?
