you can feel it

hi all newby here but very much like minded.

am from the uk and am tellin you now you can feel things are changing and have been fro some time. new laws, politcal correctness gone daft, camera everywere, nearly everyday in the papers and news we hear how more things are being restricted and monitored. last month i think it was it was in the media that all phone calls will be recorded. they reckon its due to "terrorist monitoring". i think that excuse is over used. we all know that the "terrorists" are a product "they" have made in order for this "super big brother" thing were its all monitored and poo.

totally agree m8, every day its summit dumber than the last, footballer gets jail for alleged fight yet theres pedaphilles being let out early and mental patients with records of violence mistakenly being let out, i saw last week a judge threw out a case of a young boy throwing a sausage at an old man because it was a waste of the cps time and money, wtf is going on when were arresting people for this but letting peda`s out and murderers get reduced time, every other day i get mad with this crap and wonder which country i can goto to get away from these idiots in power and there stupid games they play, 2 months ago i was stopped while walking my dog and asked what i was doing in the dark with a dog, i replied i was looking for truffles wot do u think, he said i shouldnt have that attitude and should show some id, i said wait your a pathetic community officer u dont even have any powers or reason to stop me and i said if he wanted to argue about it talk to the dog she likes a good chase, to that he got real funny with me and asked for my info with that i just walked off naturally he didnt do anything and carried on with my regular walk, i spoke to my uncle who is in the met and nearing retirement and he says u will see more of them about pushing buttons on people, wot the hell for? do they want us to revolt?
that v for vendetta doesnt half make u wonder the way the country is turning, all u see on tv is kids getting shot now or someone being arrested for summit that common sense can sort out, another example man gets fine and points for leaving his top of the range mercedes with the engine running to defrost the car, this is while he has the keys to it with him in his house so the car cant be got into or driven off yet they claimed its an offence....lol

Well, yes it is true but remember to keep your feet firmly planted on the ground. One thing for sure we are all in this together. This will be the most helpful site for you to frequent as the people will help you to understand and keep it all in perspective, I know they have helped me to keep a level head. Yes sir, I can feel it too. Here across the pond, it isn't quite as bad as you guys have it, but in the last year cameras have started popping up every where. The U.K. is in full fledged police state. They took all your guns, they took all your privacy, and they took all your liberty.

We are close behind I'm afraid. There will be a breaking point soon I can feel it.

IT IS A POLICE STATE. its true crazy the way things are going. their is talk of ression here too. just yet another thing too bring people in. also our mighty leader. waste of space he is ahs nicely joined us with the new european union. theirs the USA (which is goin to implode and then the next stage for them will kick in) now we have liek a USE. WTF? you can see and feel it happening and theirs nothing you can do.

Welcome to ATS. You stated things have been changing for awhile now. Things have been changing since the beginning of time. Change is constant.

As for a government recording all phone calls made by its citizens you can stop worrying about that. Just imagine what a huge undertaking that would be. Yes the use of computers would make such an event possible but the human factor would have to come into play and governments do not have the manpower to do such a thing.

Some governments have the right to record some conversations of people that are suspected of illegal activity or coercion with the enemy.

I see you've already violated the T&C. You might be interesting to watch.

I think that a lot of the same thing is going on here in the U.S.
Our government is much more secretive about such things. Plus, the media is so controlled that they would not be allowed to tell us. Even if they did know.

well recording all calls and saying "to make sure we catch the bad guys" is an ideal excuse to have the possibility of evsdropping everybody else. its there isn't it?
