More than likely lens flare. The whole image is bright.

Looks to be some kind of lens anomaly or lens flare from a light source out of view at the top of the picture.

Lens flares for sure. There are many photos with them. Some try to claim that those are spot lights, but there are some photos were those lens flares are right in front of objects like the Lunar Module.

Lens flare but as a photographer for 40 years it is a beautiful picture none the less. The moon is a wonderful place.
