Need help looking for other intelligent discussion forums.

I have two questions, the first is, would anyone know of any other alien forums out there that discuss the topic? Well not just discussions about ufos and the like, but other topics like how above top secret does it? Does anyone also know of any better search engines, besides google? Thanks!

Well, AboveTopSecret is the Best I guess. But there is another one that is good. It is called the Book of Toth. You can get the link on Wikipedia which I feel is a good resource for search as compared to Google.

A company called NetAlter is developing a new p2P Browser and Search Engine which is still some distance towards deployment. It could offer competition to Google and Live as it is P2P based.
