Strange occurrences on Buttermilk Mountain

Buttermilk mountain is where the Winter X Games are to be held this year outside of Aspen, CO. According to this site, there have been rumors of "Strange occurrences" on the mountain. However, I can't find a damn thing on it. Are they making stuff up?
