I Will be voting for Ron Paul in the 2008 election.

I'm also looking for information about a bumper sticker. I'm sure I can find one online but if anyone has any ideas let me know.

I will be voting for Ron Paul twice. Once for me and my wife is going to vote for him for me. She does not follow politics or even care but I got her to register and she is going to vote for Mr. Paul

I have several reason for doing so. First and foremost Mr. Pauls stand on issues matches mine nearly 100%. I believe he is an honest man who want to return America to a proud peaceful nation. I also will vote for Mr. Paul in h0pes that we can derail corporate control of our nation.

Lastly I think George Washington himself would for for Ron Paul if he were alive today.

Ron Paul and Dennis Kucinich represent the ONLY men who can restore sanity to the USA. John Edwards I like, but he is still another lawyer that will cave when the pressure is on: At least Edwards and Paul will stop the filthy stinking Nazi scum DEA from arresting the sick and dying in their wheelchairs, as they are doing now around the nation in states where the voters have approved medical cannabis. Edwrads will stop it, or so he says. Paul will do away with the DEA altogether, or change it from a politically based bastion of lies and idiocy to what it should be.

I am fed up with the American system: The Repugs and Dem's all sway to the same beat: Big money and pressure from the corrupt. The Bush cabal and their minions will never let it happen: They will Wellstone ron Paul before he gets a chance, just watch. They will NOT let all the evil they have done just slip away: Trilions of dollards ( of ours ! ) have been spent to make sure that the rich and powerful stay that way.

We are doomed..it is all over..The USA we once knew and loved is gone..

If Paul becomes the front runner I will vote for him, but if one of the other RPs is the front runner I will be voting against Hillary.

I had a personal situation with McCain and so I do not like him very much, but I see just about all the other RP candidates as the same as each other and so with one of them as the front runner I would rather have four years of the status quo then Hillary the socialist.

Your post gave me an idea. I think that I'll dress in some early American garb, straight out of a Revolutionary War painting, get my grandson to bang on a drum, and go cast my ballot and make a statement at the same time.

That ought to hit the news desk, and maybe send a subtle message as well.

R.P. has my vote and many others in my friends and family circle.

Is there anything available online showing his position in the running... how many "followers" he has compared to the other candidates? Or is it too soon to tell accurately?

I thought that polling ATS members for their opinions was against T&C.

Ron Paul all the way!

Someone should be keeping count.

Or, maybe we should list a poll giving all of the candidates. I think it would be interesting to see who would win the election by ATS'ers.

Can we do this? I predict a Ron Paul landslide.

Vote here and I'll post the results.

I exclude NO ONE from my poll.

I will be voting for Ron Paul. The only thing him and McCain have in common is that they care. But I'm sorry it stops there.

McCain is too top-down, thinks government is solution to everything. Ron Paul is a freedom/free market guy.

Perfect example is Iraq. One man wants to give the people their country back and empower them to fix it, one wants to stay (no matter what those people want) until he can finally say "Look at what the U.S. government has done for them, I was right!"

FYI, check your states, write-ins may not be allowed.

I registered as an Independent and my right to vote doesn't kick in until the generals in Florida. So i can't exercise my right to choose Ron Paul on Jan 29 because I actually don't have the right to choose. Nice, huh?

I will vote Ron Paul.

I'd consider voting for Ron Paul. I won't make any decisions as to who I actually will vote for for a while, at least until I see the platforms fleshed out more. As for McCain, I highly respect him as an individual and I'd consider voting for him also depending on where his campaign goes. I know I'd vote for either of them over Romney, Guiliani, Clinton or Obama.

I probably won't vote for anyone this election. No one has inspired me; they're all a bunch of yahoos.

Can we get "None of the Above" as an option, like they have in Russia?

After he gets the republican nomination (and he will
- all the other republican candidates are just cardboard cutouts of the status quo that has been created by the power elite and our own willingness to believe in the fear they sell... and of course, the best part is that people CAN SEE THE DIFFERENCE!), I will vote for Ron Paul - along with the rest of my family and friends (who do not post on the AboveForums).

We The People are primed for a Ron Paul rEVOLution!

...Here we come status quo!
Ready or not! (^_^)
