Well thats not right because no government can own any land that is not here on earth. So it might be some individual group selling land.

Well... then it must be true!

I actually know a guy that bought an acre on the moon and he said that this individual got ALL the planets in the solar system. So it's not the US gov.

I have to agree with TekNo88. Im pretty sure there is some UN law stating that no government can claim land in space. But regular dudes can claim it and sell it to suckers. Rumor has it that the Hiltons own land on the moon. Probably for a hotel where paris can make astro-sex movies.
