Bluetooth pairing '08 BMW X5 with Blackberry 8700

So here's the deal,

I'm trying to pair an '08 BMW X5 with a blackberry 8700. I get through the pairing process fine, and I can make calls from the address book, except my address book is limited to letters A-G. I can't see any of the contacts G-Z. I've tried with different model blackberries and they go through fine.

Does anyone have any idea what the issue is, or have any experience with this type of situation?
