Oh man. I've got mixed feelings about this. On the one hand I'm glad the perp is facing charges for chopping down more than 500 trees that were planted by his housing developer. On the other hand I think 35 years imprisonment is a tad too harsh.

What are your thoughts?

What's PITA, Monkey? Is it tasty?

Man that was dumb. He should have just dumped herbicides or other toxic chemicals around the trees. This is what happens when we live in an instant gratification society though.
