What part of Michigan was it in?

I ask out of curiousity because I used to live in the Big Rapids and Baldwin area for several years in each place.

I remember UFO sightings from the mid to late 90's in those areas, and have seen some unexplained things, but unfortunatly nothing as what's discribed here.

South of Flint, Michigan, as you travel south along US 23. if you do a google maps search for Fenton, you're real close to the area where the sighting was.

Eye witness accounts happen every day and every hour. What people want is real video footage or pictures for analysis.

Ah so all of a sudden eye witnesses are no good...
and any video or image presented is fake or photo shopped

Well lets test this then shall we?

I want you and that other noise maker to go and have a look at this video of a similar ship at night with the lights on...

Then come back here and give us your report...

Triangle UFO *60 miles north of Bakersfield, CA*
www.abovetopsecret.com...

Eyewitnesses can put you in jail LOL but they can't describe a flying triangle?

Saw black big one with same light configuration in '02. But too far up and at night to notice any grills or what have you.

This was over south western Ohio heading south towards the Ohio river. About 20 miles East of Cincinnati.

Also I have read some other accounts of black triangles over the Ohio river.

This is interesting.

The one he saw was a silver triangle but was mounted by two black crisscrossing tubes, which were nearly invisible at 10:30pm.. only three rungs of the ladder, hoses attached to the ladder's sides and some kind of mist or steam coming off the tops of the hoses, were visible before they were out of range. he also said it was moving so slowly, he could've jogged next to it and outrun it.

Yeah, you said it.
An eyewitness can do all kinds of marvellous things but they can't be trusted to tell you what they saw with their own eyes if it involves things that fly.
IT's like a massive prejudice against flying things, I guess!

Now the report given to Undo was also made to me at Pegasus and when I have time later this week I will put together a UFO section on triangle craft...

Here is another report from a retire space command person

"During war games at Hill AFB, Utah, I was standing out on the flightline, guarding the perimeter, the entry-access control point. The rest of the base was in black out conditions, with black plastic over the windows of the buildings. All of the sudden, an aircraft or an airship was above me, of unknown origin. It was the biggest aircraft I have ever seen, completely silent and moved approximately ten miles an hour, almost floating. It was triangular, no visible engines, no markings, gun metal black. It essentially looked like it could fly in space. And when it accelerated, it leaped frog; that it is to say, it blinked out and reappeared farther away. It basically disappeared when it accelerated."

Now knowing what I do about the Military... this report sounds like it was a test of loyalty... it seems he passed as shortly after there was a promotion...

But that's all your going to get out of me...

There comes a point when you get enough similar reports from enough credible people that you have to trust what they tell you... The above description with the "winking out" fits with other research on space craft drives we are doing at Pegasus...

I would LOVE to have one of their older models that has been 'retired" Surely they must have a scrap yard somewhere...

No I and others do not believe THESE craft to be Alien...

Yes I personally am satisfied that they have space flight capability...

As to the no noise and no visible engines... well all you have to do is study available technology at places like LANL, DoD and AFRL ( and not be afraid of .mil sites that track your visits
)

Revolutionary Hypersonic Aerospace Vehicles
With Plasma Actuators That Require No Moving Parts
Air Force Research Laboratory

"Look Ma!! No Ailerons!!!"

Triangular shape... no visible engine or means of steering... silent running (Plasma only makes an electrical humming sound...)
This was an old model concept... already many years ago and released for the public..

But its ours not theirs

www.wpafb.af.mil...

Now imagine what they AREN'T telling you about yet...

Research is great... saves you having to guess "What are they"

"We already have the means to travel among the stars, but these technologies are locked up in black projects and it would take an act of God to ever get them out to benefit humanity. Anything you can imagine we already know how to do." - Ben Rich former head of Lockheed Skunkworks ( he died shortly after retirement)

Don't sweat it...

There is one thing you can be sure of... the skeptics that keep coming back for more... and make all those negative comments?

Well see.... THEY are the strongest believers... that's why they keep coming back Look at the moon thread... look at the "I love John Lear' threads... they cannot get enough...

The problem is their conscious mind refuses to listen to their sub conscious mind... so they are torn apart, confused and respond with childish insults and smart aleck comments...

Once they do that... you know you have the upper hand...

Just look at my signature

That could have been the reason but there was the possibility it was some other reason.

I have to wonder it the triangle isn't some type of multi-purpose craft or platform. Has anyone else ever hear mention of those large tubes. I realize most of these craft are seen from the bottom but it sounds as though the tube overhang and might be visible. Also there seems to be those that are equal length sides and those more arrowhead shaped like this one.

Well this is interesting because a few years back I lived up in that area of Michigan for a summer... rented out a cabin while working on an environmental political campaign.

Livingston County is rich in local folklore. One of the most notable crop circles in the US showed up in Howell, Michigan and sure wish I could have seen it but they mowed it down soon after it appeared.

It's farm country up there and it's so picturesque, it's like something out of a greeting card... Hartland's a lot like Westport, Conn only farm-style...lol.

When I was up there, I used to chow with the guys down at the co-op and some of them loved sharing some of their UFO story's. So this gave me clue that they do get such sightings up there every once in awhile.

Undo, I agree with you that your brother-in-laws UFO sighting sounds it's man-made and I would only be saying this because the one's (Triangle UFO's over the lake) I saw looked to be man-made also.

But what's so interesting about his account of that sighting is all of the detail that he saw on that craft. Such information like this is very useful and it's great that you've created some visual representations of what William saw that day. BTW, you're pretty good at that!!

Well, I -- for one -- appreciate your sharing of the account, Undo, and all of your hard work which has been extremely helpful for my own studies. I visited another thread earlier today where they were discussing how life used to be: neighborhoods, communities & families, children playing in safety with their friends until sundown, people just enjoying people and how all of that has changed now . . that you were able to recount your brother-in-law's report of the sighting (with custom graphics!
) in total trust of his word and then convey that sense of honesty/trust in your thread went right along with that earlier feeling of nostalgia for me.

As for Phase 2 of the understanding of truth process, Zorgon did the justice:

so they are torn apart, confused and respond with childish insults and smart aleck comments...

Howell, Brighton, Hartland, etc, are the new suburbia, being sandwiched inbetween Detroit/Lansing and Flint/Ann Arbor. Those farms will be vanishing soon. It used to be a recreational area and as you mentioned, a produce area.

Great job, OP. There is nothing wrong with posting a UFO report in the UFO section of a website built around the concept of sharing and learning about the unknowns of life. Somehow Mr. Klopp has failed to grasp that idea. I wouldn't let his sourness spoil a search for understanding.

I sometimes think that people who post so negatively on UFOs have an unhealthy ego. They seem to feel that it's somehow wrong for others to report such things because they haven't seen it themselves. After all, they are the most intelligent and deserving member of our species, and surely if such a thing came along, it would naturally visit them, given their superiority to mere mortals on this planet.

williamjklopp,

Your original threads that you started whining that there was no new material or duplicated stories is something that the other hundreds of thousands of the members here seem to be able to deal with easily. The more people post of their experiences the better idea we all get at what's out there.

If your waiting for the ultra sharp film of the UFO landing on the White House lawn your going to be sorely disappointed.

This poster has put in a lot of work to relay their story and i for one are really interested in their account, you have posted two threads with identical subject matter complaining that you have seen it all before. Great subject matter eh? You are also incredibly ignorant if think you can speak on behalf of all the enthusiasts visiting the site that nobody is interested in this thread, go take a really good look at your own contributions and leave us to enjoy constructive input.

What they saw was most likely a F117 or B2 or some simmilar USAF aircraft.

Yep... farmers are really hurting these days and many (but not all) are selling out to the land developers. A whole way of life is rapidly diminishing but I'm just glad to be around to see it while it's still there. I go up there every summer for the county fairs and livestock auctions.

The interesting part is, he's never officially outted his sighting till this post on ATS. Which means it is a new piece of data for other people to consider, extrapolate on and compare.

Hubby is prior Air Force (23 years, in fact, he just retired 6 months ago).
He doesn't recognize it.
Brother-in-law said it was a perfect triangle. The F117 is not a perfect triangle

More and more people in the world and what do we do? Make it tough on farmers...

This does not seem a logical move for the survival of the species...
