I just did a quick search and found out some basic information on the Northville Tunnels as they're called. Apparently, they are just a bunch of tunnels connecting most buildings for easy access to the plumbing and electrical systems of the buildings.

i did a google search for northville tunnels , and found this post.....

Unfortunately not. It was demolished in August of 1989.
