ATS UPLOADS ARE WORKING AGAIN!!!

Ah... the perils of upgrading everything to most recent/current version numbers. The most current/stable version of PHP that we're now running handles file uploads a bit differently than the slightly older version of PHP previously on the server. Actually... a lot different! So... now it's fixed and the member upload area is back in service.

Do we still have the right to upload gifs?

I had a error msg, don't remember when, that said "file type not supported" or something, maybe it was before everything was done tho...

I'll change my font to black if anyone knows the 6-digital hexadecimal color, or we get the chart up.
