Take a map. Look at where US troops were stationed 10 years ago. Now look at where they are today, and where they are proposed to be in the near future.

We are encircling Russia.

but the number of troops has dropped by about 200,000 in 10 years, youre wrong and numbers for attacking are far too low.

the countries surrounding caspian sea have privatised oil industry with help from global oil companies , the troops are there to protect the resources
