What's crazy about it? The fact that there is an increase in these crimes by children or the fact that they are being held in custody. If it's the former, then I agree, it is crazy. If it's the latter, I think these kids should be thrown under the justice system. "Rehabilitation" for people such as this, in my opinion, is a joke.

in my opinion the parents need to be punished too...because evidently theyre not doin their job to raise their children correctly...im not saying im perfect or anything...but to me this is just insane
