1,600 school children and their parents have been ordered to appear in circuit court this Saturday where health workers will immediately force them to receive required shots. Parents who don't bring their children to court for the shots are to be jailed.

I want the families of ATS to see this and comment. I do not take the Flu shots nor do my children. We are not frail creatures in need of this yearly cocktail of heebies.

The logic of forced vaccinations never made any sense to me.

The un-vaccinated kids are no threat to the vaccinated kids so what's the big deal in letting people make that choice? If you don't vaccinate your kids then they are the ones who risk getting sick, not the other way around.

Everyone who is vaccinated is protected, even if the un-vaccinated ones cause the "spread of disease" (limited range and an arguable position to take), your still protected.

Forced vaccination must have another purpose/agenda behind it.

I was thinking that if the un-vaccinated kids got the flu, and it spread anyways, it would show the fallacy of the immunization. Something the machine doesn't want to risk.

Interesting. Wonder why they are forcing people to accept vaccination. Population control? Will they say a couple of years later that "oops, those vaccinations contained a unknown disease, sorry"?

I would not voluntarily take those shots.

i have vaxed my sprogs for childhood illnesses.....however would never give them the flu vax, it seems to me an unnessasary yearly coctail. i have friends whom have oppted out of vax's altogether...and i must say i dont blame them. i think the us gov have to do some serious soul searching. can someone enlighten me is this stance (bush) a breach of civil rights?

I don't get it, I've never got the flu vax in my entire life. I've never had the flu either, sometimes I get nasal infections though...but c'mon! Forced vaccinations!! Wake up, that's not legal at all.

I was vacinated as a child. Im perfectly healthy as an adult. My daughter has been vaccinated, by my choice. She cant even get her ears pierced in a retail store unless she is vacinated. LOL

However, I do not think parents should be charged criminally if they dont.

Im not sure I get it though. If my child is vaccinated and goes to school and is around kids who arent. She is still protected and they are protected from her. Right? So, it doesnt really bother me if some kids arent.

However, this is only legal when the government implements Martial Law. But since schools apparently say they have the right to vaccinate children, there must be some law saying they can, or they would not have the right to throw people in prison.

Flu shots contain the harmful substance, mercury. I do not trust them, and will never had a flu shot for as long as I live.

It was funny after giving flu vaccine shots as well as the gamma globulins if you got a needle stick, how later on they started touting the shots as 'recominant vaccines' (i.e. not made from human or animal serums or components).

They were supposedly improved with no chance of contaimination.

Huh? Contamination?

They don't mention that before the recominant vaccines there were risks of unknown protein contaminants, which could include Mad Cow, and prions. Hardy-har-har. Yeah that's a riot.

Even now they don't tell you stuff about contamination - dirty equipments and soforth. For instance, did you know that it's impossible to completely sterilize the probes they use for colonoscopies because of the sensitive electronics? In one study, after completely dismantling some of the equipment they found traces of blood in them. Nice.

I never took the flu shots they offered and never had more than the minor head cold.

If you push they'll tell you the main reason they want you to be vaccinated is not because it will help you, but because it will reduce chances that others will get the virus spread to them. It's a 'good of the many over the good of the individual'. In the hospital, of course they're trying to limit the spread to the patients and could care less about any individual getting the flu.

I think that not all shots are bad, just some, like this flu one. The tetanus immunizations are something I couldn't live without, while I don't think I ever had immunizations for Hepatitis A. I contracted the Hep A virus, but I would prefer a few days of feeling down compared to a lifetime of half-effective shots.

The flu shot doesn't even work all that well, as the virus mutates all the time. The shots are only good for about a year. And all that stuff that happened with Chiron Corporation in 2004, the main manufacturer of flu vaccine, makes me suss. How the Food and Drug Administration covered for the company after it found sub-standard quality control and serious bacterial contamination at the manufacturing plant.

If this is state of affairs in the States then I am glad I live where I do!

They (the gubbermint) here had a mass advertising campaign for menegitis vaccinations a couple of years ago. Is was 'targeted, mainly at our lower socio-economic population. It was not 'forced' upon them though, ie, the parents would not go to jail for not immunizing their kids.

When I grew up we were encouraged to go and play in the dirt, if a kid on our street got chicken pox of mumps we were all dragged to the kids house to 'catch it'. That way our own immunization system could be at optimum performance. Wrapping kids in cotton wool and 'protecting' them from every little cough and cold lowers their resitance.

I agree and I have had the tetanus vaccination and the Recombivax Hep B series (since I handled donated blood).

However, don't forget that recently Bayer Corp. was outed as having dumped contaminated Factor 8 on the European communities that they could not sell in America. Government officials in France went to prison for agreeing to this and thousands of hemophiliacs (and family members) contracted HIV because of it. Bayer has not been held accountable for this.



My feeling is that if they are going to require these shots they should also handout documents detailing the degree and number of potential side effects. I think many parents who are toeing the line would rebel if they were fully informed of the risks and side effects. Make them publish these in the paper and have them posted in large print at the vaccination sites, along with having ample stocks of opt-out forms for personal or religious reasons.

If there were a 1 chance in 100 of contracting the disease and 1 chance in a million of having a side effect, then OK, but it should be published and freely available.

It still worries me, because it also involves a degree of 'trust' in big corporations not to screw it up and have contaminated the materials either knowingly or unknowingly. I'm sure they'd put profit ahead of safety (as Bayer did).

If it were me, I would pack up my things and I would move. Thus placing myself in another jurisdiction.

That being said, I am shocked that to this playing out right here in the USA. I probably shouldnt be, but yet I am. I simply do not feel that the state has any right to tell me what I HAVE TO put in my body. Especially if it is of no consequence. Seriously...all this over a flu shot? I have never had a flu shot in my entire life, and I can not recall a single modern day case of death by influenza. So where is the public interest?

Thanks for the heads up, I wonder if these schools are using the same "laws" the IRS uses to enforce tax collections? Last I heard martial law was not in effect. Could the local law enforcement simply be in the dark here and doing it based on the word of the schools?

Pull your child out of school and then claim a religious exemption. You can homeschool them. This is the worst kind of police state control imaginable. Why hasn't the autism epidemic struck the Amish? Well they don't vaccinate, (though they are more subject to rare genetic diseases because of a reduced gene pool).

I would personally view this as a lock and load issue. They are coming for your children and pumping them full of their biological experiments. In Africa the outbreak of AIDs closely follows the vaccine program and now third world doctors have caught them red handed sending contaminated vaccines.
