'Aswang' in flight. Phillipino Monster?

Anyone see this yet? It's new to me.

"In the Philippines people respect the belief about the supernatural, we do have lots of paranormal experiences here in the outsourcing industry - every building in three cities is haunted. Here in our building alone, the whole structure and every floor acts as a "psychokinetic magnet." These are shots taken in one of our northern provinces. They say its an "aswang" in flight (its the half-body torso with wings in our Philippine folklore)."

In fact I cant really believe anyone would post this.

Im just seeing a bird here.

Having lived in the Philippines for a few years, I would say my best guess as to what it really could be is a fruit bat. They have plenty of them there so I honestly believe it's just a case of mistaken identity and a strange angle on the picture.
