ipod metronome

I've been searching all over the web for a free metronome for my ipod but i can't find one. I've found several sites that offer a playlist of tempos to download which works I would rather have something like a real metronome where you spin the wheel to change tempos. If anyone knows where I could find something like this please post a link or message me.

The iPod is not designed to be a metronome in the sense that you could move the dial to change the tempo.
The only way I could see you doing this is what you already know, you need to download a set of mp3 files to call up a different bpm.

Not very portable, but what you want is one of these bad boys!!
