SFOD-D (Cag) Training Video

Here is a video I have found of Delta Force, SFOD-D, CAG training. It doesn't really show to much. I have been searching hard for better videos of Delta Force training, or live missions, but no luck. If anyone has anything, can you post for me?

To the guy who posted the SFOD-D video: that video likely contains the faces of actual Delta operators. Hopefully, they're all ex-Delta, but I've gotta ask you if you're in the business of jeopardizing national security? I think that this is the video that they show at "informational meetings" regarding Delta selection.
