coriander in curries works well, especially when mixed with tomatoes.

and if your feeling lazy, put some tabasco in anything and you'll get that nice 'my head's gonna explode' feeling. its impossible to eat it without saying 'woah baby!' after every mouthful.

sensational.

OH, YEAH!

Also I use Thyme on poultry and fish, with meat or sauces I use Rosemary, but it has to be simmered to get the flavour out.

Thyme is an awesome spice...

I love adding worchestershire sauce to a hamber patty w/ oregano salt curry garlic powder basil rosemary and peppercorn. Simmer and let the grease run out, it's soooo good... I dont even eat the bun just the patty..

its not good to eat buns anyway... Too many carbs...

If you add some Cinamon to your Coffee (pot) with coffee in filter ... together, hehe, it takes the bitterness out of your Coffee. It's very nice actually

mmmm, cinnamon hazlenut coffee milk. sounds good, how is it?

One of my favorite teas is Vanilla Hazlenut, it's delicious, it's got subtle hints of cinnamon in it, too.

Here's something I tried and my kids loved it, wish I could say the same for the wife.

Prepare your mashed potatos the same as you do now and add a LITTLE cinnamon. It's a nice change.

Agreed!!

I love Soy sauce! I put a little on my chicken even when I cook it on the foreman grill. I don't have a big grill lol.

I like dillweed, thyme and I love lemon pepper! Many people dont like lemon pepper but it can be used in so many ways. I have added it to white rice for some added flavor!
