Oh thanks for this!
Isn't that amazing resolution? Or does it just look really clear but is an optical illusion?

For those who have just arrived to the conversation: FULL VIEW please:

Here's a detail on it

Here's one of the space databases I have

I made a closeup of the area you pointed out.

Some areas are pixelated, but the image looks good, imho ...
By the way: that database seems to be interesting...

There's a few odd places along the ridge, that travels across the center of the image. just on the top of the ridge. you can barely see them as they appear to reflect the sand, like buildings made out of glass. Awesome camoflage.

Do some research and you will see in the Triton Moon photos what I am talking about.

Triton, you say? Will do! Found some really cool stuff on one of them last night. Was pretty amazing. Place supposedly rains methane that's liquid, but in the backdrop you can see all manner of freaky anomalies.

Yes, i noticed some bright object, as if they're reflectant. I stared the post in which you linked it. It's really interesting IMHO.

It isn't "pixellation", everywhere the pixellation is visible. In other words, some pixellization is indeed pixellization and some appears to be something else.
I'd be more inclined to believe the "mapped over 3-d" excuse than the pixellization reasoning for that particular area. Problem I'm having with the pixellization rationale is that it is used constantly, for pretty much every anomalie.
It's a wonder the guys who take the images can discern a thing about them if the details are all pixellizations.

That's the point I'm constantly trying to make! What the heck are scientists studying with badly pixelated images? Do they base their terrain analysis on these pics to arrive at scientific conclusions which are actually based on these grubby images?

If I can see my number plates through Google etc from a satellite 400 Km in space, then why these badly 'pixelated', 'mapped over' images from Mars? Why can't I get to see that number plate on Mars too? (Just a figure of speech!
)

Conspiracy theorists will argue that these images are neatly overlaid with 3D contour mapping to hide what's actually there! Convenient excuse by NASA/ESA if anyone tries to get too close! Well, I'll hitch a ride on this bandwagon till things clear up some!

Having said that take a peek at this image of Mars South Pole. The area has been enlarged by Liz Edwards of Iwonder Pruductions. Pretty unusual shape for a natural rock formation in the middle, what?

Cheers!

Heck! Nooooo....Plllleeeaaasseee!!! Guys like you, undo, zorgon, sherpa, etc etc are light years ahead!! I just love generating discussion on oddballs found in the Solar System! If one digs deep enough one may probably find hidden treasures some day!
Who knows? The truth is out there! Let's go get it!

Cheers!

That's very interesting, Mike.

Check this one out too, I call it the roof because of all the diagonal lines on that smooth surface that appears to be held up by pillar looking formations. and on top of it, sitting jauntly on one side, is what appears to be a disk shape, like a gear with spokes descending to "the roof". Nice Mars images posted here. Having bad eyesight, I sometimes have a hard time going through the images taken from the obiters. I was forced to mostly go through some Rover pictures. My favorite is this one. You may see a face like I do.

Zorgon, yeah. I don't know Sherpa very well, but i'm not a subject expert on anomalies. i just have alot of stuff. my expertise, if'n you can call it that, is star gate technology/mythology, ancient texts and biblical prophecy. John Lear, Zorgon or you, are better suited as the anomalies guys. Don't mind me, i'm just the little lady over in the corner with her nose in some old, dusty book.

Amazing image, Beth!
I've seen it before but not in this resolution! Wow!

Now did anyone notice parallel tracks running up and down the mountains? I've enlarged it and enhanced it by adding a little contrast and sharpness so they can be clearly seen.

.jpeg compression? Pixelation? 3D terrain contour mapping overlay? Or......?

Cheers!

Can't thank you people enough for taking the time to post such intriguing pictures and analyses thereof

Certainly gives us something to think about

I noted the comment above about an 'unusual' sort of natural rock formation. To me that implies there's a 'usual' arrangement?

Till we get there with a pick & shovel we can only speculate but that's really the enjoyable part

I'll be damned! Beth, those pics were awe inspiring. Even if they are natural geological formations! I've added some contrast and filters to your pics (without your permission!
) and this is what emerges...

WOW!

P.S. And hey! Why on Earth do you name the first pic above, MOS EISLEY SPACEPORT? Why of all things 'Mos Eisley'? Why not Elvis Presley?!!

Cheers!

While you're at it you should make Jerry Springer an expert quality TV programming. That would be about the same thing.

Just because someone posts pictures and calls them civilizations, and completely ignores the facts presented, doesn't make them an expert on anything. I'm sorry but there has been absolutely zero proof presented here than anything exists in that original photo besides artifacts of JPEG compression, and THAT has been proven over and over again.
