Was this advanced tech used on 9/11.

Ok let me say straight off I don't believe in the no plane theory, however this tech is out there as per this link, thoughts?

This is certainly interesting technology. But I don't think this sort of stuff was required on 9-11 .... how do you see this technology fitting in the events of that day? How do you think this idea would wash with the great masses of sheeples we are trying to convert to our cause?
