All believable especially when you are aware of the lizards that live underground and other ancient cultures.

Underground was the place to be to avoid ice ages, floods, wars and nuclear destruction, comets and asteroids etc.

We cannot assume that because we live on the surface of earth that this living arrangement is ideal to all others that may be living in the universe.

If there was a possibility of some advanced technology, then you can be sure our governments would try to keep this stuff secret. That is until they clear out the area.

However if the area is several places around the globe that might be like admitting the US has been in communication with aliens for years, then a hail of questions, interrogations, etc. would come down on the government. Other governments would demand sharing of technology etc. which doesn't sound like something governments like to do.

New discoveries might also be suppressed by natives that don't want to upset any status quo of their past or rights etc.

These underground civs are the vril or vril-ya, ive read about a bunch of crazy theorys behind them like they were the gods of atlantis and went underground after its destruction. Or that they are the creators of the aryan race and hilter sent SS troops to find entrances to the underground to find them. And of course that the leaders of the illuminati are the underground people, the vril.

Okay, folks -- the article is a hoax. Dave Wilcox, author of a number of books on this type of material, has checked it out and published a statement on his site to that effect.

Humans have not significantly evolved since before the Ancient Egyptian times. Just becaus ewe have advanced technologically it does not mean that we have evolved more. We are the same physically, and use the same amount of our bodies and brains in the same way that we did then.
